All sales/services provided by FINSOVA Fintech Pvt Ltd are final, and no refund or exchange will be permitted. You are solely responsible for your purchase and any charges resulting from it.

However, in cases where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site and money has been charged to your card or bank account but has not been delivered within 15 days of the transaction, you may inform us by:

  • Sending an email to help@finsova.org, or
  • Posting a message on the Contact Us page of our website.

In such scenarios, you will be entitled to a full refund. To process your request promptly, please include the following details in your communication:

  1. Transaction date
  2. Order Number

FINSOVA will investigate the incident thoroughly. If it is verified that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the service, you will receive a refund within 7 working days from the date we receive your email.


Refund Policy for Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through FINSOVA are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or returned due to regulatory restrictions. Please ensure that all gift card purchases are final before completing the transaction.
