1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Finsova website (finsova.org), mobile app, or developer APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Account Registration & KYC Requirements
To become an authorized Saathi partner or merchant, you must complete digital Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by providing valid Aadhaar, PAN, shop details, and bank account proofs. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Authorized Services
Finsova provides access to digital financial services including:
- Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) utility bill collections.
- Multi-operator mobile prepaid and DTH recharges.
- B2B vendor payouts and automated account settlement APIs.
- Education fee collection portals and custom software integrations.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users and merchants are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform for unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal transactions.
- Attempting reverse engineering, unauthorized API scraping, or bypassing security controls.
- Misrepresenting identity or submitting forged KYC documents.
5. Service Fees & Wallet Settlement
Commissions and fees are processed according to the active commission structure displayed in your partner dashboard. Real-time wallet credits and T+0 daily bank account settlements are executed automatically subject to system availability.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, brand logos, code, domain names, and software architecture are the exclusive property of Finsova Fintech Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or trademark usage is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Finsova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from telecom downtime, bank server outages, or third-party biller network delays beyond our reasonable control.
8. Termination of Account
Finsova reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts immediately in cases of fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or non-compliance with KYC regulations.
